Our Areas of Focus

Six connected programmes — designed so that research, livelihoods, education, restoration and governance reinforce one another.

Field researcher installing a camera trap in the forest A — Programme Biodiversity Monitoring & Research We generate ecological knowledge through field surveys, community monitoring, remote sensing and data analysis to support better conservation decisions. Our work helps communities, practitioners and policymakers access evidence that improves ecosystem management and biodiversity protection. View Programme → B — Programme Climate-Smart Food Systems & Restoration We support approaches that restore degraded landscapes, improve soil and water systems, and strengthen resilience to climate and environmental change. By linking ecosystem restoration with practical land-use solutions, we help communities reduce vulnerability while protecting the natural resource base they depend on.
